Haha you're just a stupid ignorant cunt and it probably makes life difficult and frustrating for you so you made this retarded website.

Anyone who says that they favor any one political extreme (far right, far left, libertarian e.t.c) is retarded.

If you don't realize that the solution is a balance of the divided sides than you're just another person falling for the veil being pulled over their eyes.

Want some automated and human bullshit? Here ya go: This is my actual conversation with an on line rep for my phone...

Please wait while we find an agent to assist you...
You are currently at position number 6 in the queue.
All agents are currently busy. Please stand by.
You are currently at position number 6 in the queue.
An agent will be with you in a moment. Thank you for your patience.
You are currently at position number 5 in the queue.
The next available Agent will be with you in a moment.
You are currently at position number 3 in the queue.
All agents are currently busy. Please stand by.
You have been connected to :Ricky B.
John Kichton: I have an outstanding service request...still no coverage. Been a
week now. Have to go a mile from home to make phone work!
:Ricky B: Okay John, I can understand your concerns over this issue, and I will
be more than happy to look into this for you. I know this has to be very
frustrating for you, and I do apologize that you are experiencing this problem.
Give me one moment while I access your account please.
John Kichton: thanks
:Ricky B: You're welcome.
:Ricky B: John besides this, how has your day been so far?
John Kichton: No complaints
:Ricky B: I have looked into the notes on the issue that you have today, it
shows here that you contacted us wanting information about the Service Request.
:Ricky B: One moment please, while I review the status of the form for you.
John Kichton: As you hunt, I have 3 phones. I swapped the sim to each phone, no
luck. So, it must be either a tower or the sim, huh?
:Ricky B: There are no current issues in the area, and we have no status of the
Service Request as of yet.
:Ricky B: How long has this been going on with your phone?
John Kichton: Can you light a fire under them? I telecommute, and this is making
it impossible to work!
John Kichton: Since saturday
John Kichton: My first contact for service was Monday
:Ricky B: Okay John, I do apologize about the time it is taking to correct this
problem.
:Ricky B: I see here that we have filed a Trouble Ticket to correct this problem
for you. You may want to call in, and speak with our ATSG Support Team for the
Ticket Status.
John Kichton: Sure, if THE PHONE WORKED!
:Ricky B: Do you have a Home Phone that you could call from?
John Kichton: I realize you're just the messenger, but this is not the answer.
John Kichton: NO, I have been with T-mobile since hurricane Charley took out our
phone lines, couldn't see paying them to re-wire my house. Never had a problem.
John Kichton: I need a hero here, help!
John Kichton: And it's not like I can roll my chair down the street and use a
neighbors phone
:Ricky B: John, I understand that you are unable to use the device, however the
Ticket that was submitted we cannot handle it here in Chat.
John Kichton: brilliant
John Kichton: How about you send me a new sim, and we try that?
:Ricky B: One moment please, while I look into this for you.
:Ricky B: Sorry for the delay, just give me one moment please.
John Kichton: Thank you.
:Ricky B: You're welcome.
John Kichton: Sorry. I'm not looking for special treatment, I'm healthy, but in
a wheelchair. It looks kinda rediculous me rolling around the street looking for
signal...ya know?
John Kichton: Plus, when I stop rolling both wheels together I go in circles!
John Kichton: Neighbors'll think I'm drunk
:Ricky B: Okay John, you stated that you have tried your SIM Card in another
phone correct?
John Kichton: again
John Kichton: Yes, an old Nokia and my KRzr
John Kichton: All the same, get no network connectivity. Once in a while it
clicks in for a sec, but had 5 bars until last weekend
:Ricky B: Ordering a New SIM Card will not resolve the issue, when you tested
the SIM Card in the other phones did you get service?
John Kichton: I think the sim is probably 2 years old?
John Kichton: No, the same in all
:Ricky B: Do any other lines on the account have this problem?
John Kichton: When I reset the phone to manual, it picked up Cingular, AT&T but
no T-mobile...that's what makes me think tower
John Kichton: Only have this one number, although my freinds say they are having
a problem also, just not as noticable
John Kichton: I'd hate to change carriers after recieving such good service for
5 years, but I need a phone, and if no-one can seem to help I'll have no choice.
I have missed too much work to chance this.
John Kichton: Basically, you're telling me that you know my phone doesn't work,
I have waited 5 days to get my phone to work, and now after that 5 days, you say
I need a phone to fix my phone. Hmmmmm how's that supposed to work?
John Kichton: I'm sure you can see my frustration here
:Ricky B: You have tried that by putting your SIM Card in another phone.
John Kichton: Kinda like the hole in the roof, only leaks when it rains, and you
can't fix it in the rain!
:Ricky B: John I understand you frustrations, I would feel the same way. I am
working on finding a solution for you now. We can replace the SIM Card, however
if the new SIM Card has the same problem then that Trouble Ticket will be
needed.
John Kichton: So can you maybe get a supervisor to make a call for me? I would,
you see, but my phone doesn't work.
John Kichton: I know, I'll order a At&t phone on line, and when it comes, I'll
call to troubleshoot my T-mobile phone!
John Kichton: (at least I have a sense of humor!)
:Ricky B: We can replace the SIM Card for you, and have it sent to you, unless
there is a T-Mobile Store there that you can get one for free at.
John Kichton: I can only imagine that it will be free if you send it also. If,
as stated above you don't think it's the sim, then what? Maybe if I wrap it in
aluminum foil? Please get a supervison involved in this. If I have a friend come
over, and we do a manual on their phone, that should show if there is suddenly
no coverage here, right? I have a friend here now...stand by
John Kichton: 5 bars Verizon, 3 AT&T, no t-mobile
:Ricky B: No problem.
:Ricky B: That is why we have the Trouble Ticket filed for the issue, I was
going to replace the SIM Card for you, because you requested it if that was
okay.
John Kichton: I give up. now that he's here, I guess I call on his phone,
because it is obvious that the last 45 minutes of my life has been wasted trying
to get a phne to work without a phone. Thanks
John Kichton: can you give me the number please?
:Ricky B: 1-800-937-8997.
John Kichton: Thanks, Ricky...you've been as helpful as anyone else there, and
although I know it's not your fault, seems rediculous, doesn't it? I have a
fully charged phone, that suddenly didn't work on Saturday. I tried another
phone before I even submitted a service request. I gave that information to them
on Monday. They said I should have an answer by Wednesday. I checked back (on
line) Wednesday, no answer. I checked back yesterday (on line) no answer.
:Ricky B: I have noted the account for you, so when you reach someone, just ask
them to review your notes.
John Kichton: Now, today you tell me I need a phone to check on the
status...Geez
John Kichton: Just so you know, I am going to forward this to all of my friends
just so they can see how rediculous this is.
:Ricky B: Once again John, I do apologize about all this.
Your session has ended. You may now close this window.

For all of you frustrated people out there I offer my condolences. I spent 26 years in customer service and the best part was talking to customers. I am an introvert, so 8 hrs. a day of interaction with people was overwhelming at the start. I gained a different perspective about my work and became a customer advocate, I loved when someone had a problem and went out of my way to solve it or at least make it liveable for the person. My supervisors were up in arms, hated that customers would call and ask for me. they wanted those 1 minute calls where I could be available to take another one as quickly as possible. I will say that I abhored my supervisors, had little respect for my co-workers, but loved the customers I got to help. They were the reason I came to work. It became my mission, so to speak, to offer my help to anyone who came on my line. Mgmt tried to make it difficult for me by giiving me the general number for complaints, so all calls came to my line before being fed to the other reps. I loved it after a while, it was challenging and very busy as I rarely had a moment without calls during the day.
I made a number of friends with these customers, exchanged holidays cards, and was made privy to their lives. I'd get post cards when they were on vacations, invitations to weddings, graduations and holiday celebrations, all because I really wanted to help and they understood that I cared. I did care, it wasn't just a work related function. I wanted them to be happy with our companies services and I felt that it was beneficial to customer relations. All the work and focus I placed into my job, has made me aware of how little is focused on the customer today. I felt like each person I interacted with was special and wanted them to know that. I'd call back at odd hours, early morning, before they went jogging, after a meeting and if the time was not right I'd let them know when to expect my call. When I went on vacation, I'd assign someone to handle my calls and follow-up any call backs with that persons name, so there wasn't any confusion about "who" they'd speak to. The most wonderful benefits came when during any holiday I'd get calls just to wish me well or someone calling just to say hello, no problems at hand, just a hello, how are you ! There were some customers I'd call just to let them know someone cared about them ( customer service can be personal for some people), how was your vacation, what did your daughter wear for the prom, did you enjoy the opera matinee? I found it all fascinating and so fulfilling to connect with strangers in such an intimate way, all because I conveyed that I wanted to help.
Unfortunately, mgmt. felt I was not submissive enough to their demands and I am not a brown-noser or one who seeks to please. I had to leave and was banished to a totally different field which meant manual labor ( but I trained in these skills in my early 20's) as precursor to me leaving the company. I miss helping customers and hope you all understand that, it isn't the person that thwarts you when you need help, it's the crazy productivity requirements. I'd still be taking time to assist you and blowing off the calls per minute requirement, but they don't any longer let anyone care. You are just a number. I miss that time when I could acknowledge your humanity and honor it. My heart breaks whenever I hear that people are not being taken care of. I always thought that the more you take care of one's customers, the less complaints you will have. It has to be authentic and heartfelt, not just a job. Customer service is a special function and not everyone can do it in a win-win manner.

For the record, I'm from Louisiana, so therefore a direct victim of Mary Landrieu's theft evilness (I did not vote for that c$#%, btw...see, now look what she made me do, she made me say a word that I don't like to say). Wouldn't it be so nice if all the fucktards of the US could just be struck by lightening and die? That would certainly help the population problem, haha

Hi Daily! I'm so sorry for you having to put up with those asswipe customer service dolts. This was a steallar rant and post. I really relate to your problem. The ISP's CSA's are the worst. Glad your net is working properly again, but I don't blame you for keeping on top of these nuts to make sure you don't get charged for the service call.

That ho from LA is just shameless. If people re-elect her, they need their heads examined, but then, she'll spin it that "look, I got you all this money to fix things". What a bitch, and no one thinks this is wrong. Ah, the world is screwed. I hope you have a nice Thanksgiving and your internet doesn't annoy you too much.

Someone needs to invent a "kill the automatic telephone service" button for our phone keyboards. I foresee it getting a lot of use.
