I CAN Be Normal, If I Want to….
OK, so the main point of this post is to share the picture of Obama The Retard (apologies for actually using the pResident’s “real” name), but that doesn’t make for a very interesting post and there isn’t much original to it since I found it over at Dr. Dave’s New Blog, courtesy of of iOwnTheWorld.com. Normal Thoughts from The Retard
So like the title says, I can be “normal”, if I want to…. It’s just that I so often don’t want to be normal. I LIKE to scream and holler and rant and rave. It’s what I do. BUT, occasionally I try to make my viewpoints a little more accessible to the “mainstream”, so I will share this bit if rambling I posted at a webmaster board I visit now and then. I am certain the words fell largely on deaf ears over there, as for some reason I can completely not understand, webmasters tend to be a liberal bunch. I suppose I should somewhat qualify that “webmaster” term for some of you- what I mean is people who use the InterWebs as a means to make money. Which is what I do. I have never made a secret of that fact. I also have never made a secret of the fact that I don’t care if THIS site makes any money or not (and trust me, it doesn’t). This site exists as my little whipping post, nothing more and nothing less. But my point is, I cannot understand how people who NEED the freedom the internet provides for their existence can be as supportive of the O-bummer as they are…. Just another in the LONG line of things I can’t understand. Anyway, on to the “normal” thoughts. Again, please enjoy!

I should keep my mouth shut, but I just can’t…. Nothing I say will change anyone’s mind and I should save these keystrokes for something that will make me so money, but what the hell….
Communism/Socialism/Marxism- whatever you want to call it, it equates to big goverment and the diminishment of the rights of the individual in deference to the “collective”. And it has failed every time it has been tried. ANY type of thinking along those lines, when mandated by a large federal government, is the single greatest detriment to the human spirit and free market economics that exists.
I am not a republican OR a democrat, I am an independent conservative with libertarian tendencies who believes in Reagen-era economics and a federal government that exists for and operates under the Constitution. Period.
For the record, Bush’s economic policies were a fucking disaster. And O-bummer has done NOTHING to correct anything but has chosen to exacerbate the situation at every single opportunity he has been given.
You are all free to have any thoughts you want on “big evil corporations” and the like. But a bloated over-reaching and un-Constitition-ally operating federal government is a FAR greater threat than any corporation operating under a free market. IF the market is not free, then the blame lies NOT with the corporation but rather with whatever entity has slanted the playing field.
The federal government exists SOLELY to protect the borders, sovereignty and integrity of the NATION, with anything not directly falling under that directive being left up to the STATES. It does not exist to mandate health care, social welfare, seat belt laws, abortion policy, education, cash4clunkers, banking/lending policy, home ownership, smoking/drinking laws, or any of the other thousands of area in which the nanny state seems to think it needs to stick it’s nose.
Each and every time we as a people surrender a small amount of out rights and liberties it becomes easier for them to take the next bite. Somewhere along the way, the bill of rights has been bastardized into some sort of guarantee that everyone is entitled to an equality of condition rather than an equality of opportunity. The longer this misconception is perpetuated, the more harm will be done.
People do not have the right to health care. Or a car. Or a house. Or a job. Or a check from the government. You have the right to make the absolute best you can with the opportunities you have been presented. For everyone who wins, there will be losers. And the losers don’t have the right to a trophy OR a do-over. Or the right to take anything from the winner.
There is no possible way to achieve the equality the “progressives” or “liberals” or whatever you want to call them seek to attain by “raising” anyone up to the level of others. The only possible way is to “lower” the upper class to level of the rest. To take from the “haves” and “redistribute” to the “have-nots”. This, my friends, is a recipe for a complete and total disaster…..

I don’t say it lightly either. In fact, I rarely say it around the internet.
Another great site is American Thinker. I have been enjoying their stuff lately. They write original pieces and clearly put a lot into their work.
My site is different. I’m a busy mom, often in a hurry. But I try to spread the word, often sharing the best stories I see that day around the internet.
We are all part of the patriotic framework that the internet has become. Keep shining a light on the Retarded things that this administration does. SOMEBODY has to speak out. When you do so using humor, that makes the message all the more pleasant to read and remember.

I friend of mine turned me on to your blog today and I just gotta say how much your sentiments emulate mine. I’ve read most of your blogs through out the day and have been howling in laughter (and tears, cuz it’s so diabolically true). “smash them in the face with a hammer” almost had me hurling vomit chunks in the best laughter I’ve had in a long time! Needless to say, I’ll be coming back for more.

I must protest your use of “retard” and “moron” when speaking of Obama and liberals. You are insulting our mentally disabled brethren. The proper adjective for Obama and the sheep that follow him is “idiot.” An idiot is a severely retarded person with a mental capacity less than three year old. A moron is mildly retarded person who is a genius compared to an idiot. Please don’t insult the morons.

And let this also serve as an official apology to all morons and retards, but only inasmuch as any references heretofore and henceforth concerning “retard’ and “moron” references when directed specifically toward Obamarx and liberals in general.

@Kiff – Actually, if you want to be politically correct, disabled is the correct term. In theory, you do our disabled brethren wrong by referring to them as retards.
